ROB HOLCROFT
Rob’s enthusiasm for life is contagious. With over 25 years experience working with mind and body, he understands the challenges that some can face and is passionate about helping people live happier and more fulfilling lives. He utilises his diverse expertise to fully consider every factor influencing a situation, treating the whole person for great results.

Being a man without a plan, Rob has had an extremely varied and interesting employment history. His early years included being a farmhand, trained falconer, equestrian groom, barman/waiter, retail and customer services assistant, personal valet, aerobics instructor and departmental manager in fashion, travel incentives and carpet and flooring distribution.

After a stint of traveling around the United States and Sri Lanka (home of the Rob Holcroft Award for Voice and Speech), he returned to the UK and worked in the field of Health and Safety and ran his own garden design and maintenance business before attending Drama School, subsequently working as a professional actor and director for several years. His more exciting projects saw him touring with the Birmingham Royal Ballet and working out in Hollywood, Los Angeles over a few years as a writer and director.

While at Drama School, Rob achieved a silver-medal in advanced stage fighting with the British Academy of Dramatic Combat. This unusual skill led him into teaching in further and higher education for 12 years where, alongside this role, Rob became a mentor on the University of Wolverhampton teacher training programme, going on to achieve an MA in Mentoring and Coaching, write a series of books and give a TEDx talk.

After leaving teaching, Rob was the resident physical therapist and life coach on an international anxiety recovery programme, for four and a half years, as well as being a regular contributor on ITV Central News and BBC Radio. His corporate offerings has seen him working with a huge variety of organisations across many sectors, including Worcester Bosch, Hastings Direct and The White Company.
He now runs a private therapy practice in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire and Lynton, North Devon.
